Prayer of re-dedication

Lord we come to you this day to surrender our will over to yours. You prayed in the garden of Gethsemene Not my will but thine be done. That is our cry today. King DAvid cried in the book of Psalms chapter 52, Create in me a clean heart O Lord and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy prescence O Lord and take not thy Holy Spirit from me. Lord we cry out to you the same prayer as David. We pray Father God, that you shine the light on the crevices of our heart wherin lie pride, self centeredness, anger , bitterness and envy. Please remove these sins from us Lord. We know that we in ourselves are incapable of ridding ourselves of these vices, however we know you can. Release the unction of the Spirit upon us and free us from our own wretched selves. We commit our ways to you Lord and we pray that you would establish our paths. Make every crooked path straight in our lives. Change us from the inside out until we reflect your glory. Lead us in paths of righteousness for thy name's sake. Lord lift us up and make us stand by faith on heaven's table land. No higher plane have I ever found. Lord plant our feet on higher ground. In Jesus name we ask this. Amen.

Freedom from bondage

Lord we come before you today asking that you set us free from every form of bondage. Sometimes Lord we need to be set free from bondage to our carnal nature. Our carnal nature has us captive in the way wedo things and react to situations. We pray that you release us from bondage to our selves. Help us to react spiritually in response to every natural situation. Other times our bondages are to inanimate substances such as nicotine, alcohol, illicit drugs or things like that. I pray that you break every spiritual stronghold that holds people captive and makes them slaves to alcohol/nicotine/drugs and the rest. Please set us free from bondage to our ego's and pride as we know you hate pride in people. Deliver us so that we make serve you with humbleness of heart. Let us not be inflated in our own self importance. Free us so that we can worship you in spirit and in truth. In the words of King David, Create in me a clean heart O Lord, and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your prescence O Lord and take not your Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of my salvation and renew a right spirit within me. We bring this supplication before your throne of grace in the precious all powerful name of Jesus. Amen. Glory to your name. Hallelujah.

Prayer for breakthrough

Lord we come to you in Jesus name and we ask you for a supernatural breakthrough in our lives. Lord we pray that you remove the "dead wood" from our nature or character. Let all the negative attributes in our characters be removed Lord. We ask that you change us Lord from the inside out. As it says in Hebrews 12:1 ...let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Let us let go of things which are cancerous to our spirit and soul however which may please the body. Help us Lord to be overcomers. Help us to overcome every obstacle to our spiritual growth and help us live continually with eternity in mind. Lead us Lord in paths of righteousness for thy name sake. Keep us Lord walking in the straight and narrow path for you said broad is the way that leads to destruction and many find it. Help us Lord not to stray from the way of the Lord. Psalms 119:9 How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. Help us keep our lives pure by obeying your word. In Jesus name we sk this Amen.
