Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp caramelized onions
2 slices chevre cheese
1 tsp butter
1 tsp oil
Method
Heat the oil and butter on a skillet at medium high heat. Add the two beaten eggs. Spread the caramelised onion over the top and add pieces of chevre to intersperse with the onions. Fold over after 2 minutes when still moist inside. Serve with a nice simple green salad. Serves 1.

Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
1 lemon zested and juiced
4 Tbsp water
Method
Pour all ingredients into a microwaveable cup and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Use syrup over waffles or pancakes. Can be used to saturate a pound cake. Poke holes in a cooled poud cake using a skewer. Pour syrup over and let soak into cake. Can also be used to sweeten black tea.

Ingredinets
1 lb ground meat
1/3 acorn squash peeled and chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 large cloves garlic
2" piece ginger
1 bay leaf
1 ciinnamon stick
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
curry leaves

Method
Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Add bayleaf, cinnamon stick and curry leaves. Add onipn and saute 3 minutes. Add ground meat saute 5 minutes, add grated ginger root and crushed garlic cloves. Add squash, salt, turmeric and paprika. Add 1 cup water and cook on medium high covered ofr 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy

2 ripe bananas
1.5 cups mango chunks
1/2 lemon juiced
1 Tbsp honey
2 cups water
Method
Blend together until pureed and smooth. Enjoy. Makes 2,16oz servings

ingredients
3 potatoes chopped
1 large onion sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
8 Eggs
1 Cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp pesto
1/2 package cream cheese
2 prepared pie crusts in pan
Method
Saute potatoes and opions in 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk eggs, cream and pesto together in small bowl. Put half of the potata onion mixture and half of egg mixture in each pie crust. Sprinkle cream cheese over. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
