Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana peeled

1 apple cored and chopped

1 grapefruit peeled and seeded

1" piece candied ginger chopped

1 cup water

Method

Blend all ingredients together till smooth, for about 30 seconds.

Makes 2, 8oz servings

Ingredients

2 bananas

8 dried dates

2 Tbsp peanut butter

2 cups almond milk unsweetened

1 cup water

pinch baking soda

Method

In a microwavable bowl, add dates and water and microwave 2 minutes. Add baking soda and stir together. In a blender, add bananas peeled, almond milk, peanut butter and softened dates. Blend together 30 seconds. Enjoy. Makes 2, 16 oz servings.

Peach Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

2 peaches

1 banana

2 cups almond milk

1/4 tsp almond extract

2 cups water

Method

Blend together pitted peaches, peeled banana, almond milk, water and almond extract. Enjoy. Serves 2.

Peach smoothie

Ingredients

3 Peaches

2 bananas

2 cups Kefir

2 cups water

1 tsp vanilla escence

Method

In a blender, combine chopped peaches pit removed, bananas, kefir and water. Process till smooth.

Easy Peasy Rose ice cream

Ingredients

2 cans evaporated milk

1 can condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream

30ml Rose syrup

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender or in a large bowl with a whisk until thoroughly combined. Pour into a container with a lid and freeze for 6-8 hours.
